What the six weeks actually look like.

Built for real schedules, real fatigue, and real life. The pilot is intentionally small so every person gets attention — and so we can learn what works before opening it wider.

One module a week

Fifteen minutes a day through a single workbook module. Small enough to keep, structured enough to finish.

A weekly live call

Forty-five minutes with the cohort to unpack the module, ask questions, and reset for the week ahead.

A group that shows up

Twenty people walking the same path. You are not doing this alone, and you are not doing it quietly.

Your progress, tracked

Weekly check-ins so you can see what is working — and so the pilot can show what this method actually does.

Meet your facilitator

Facilitated from the front of the room.

Tyaisha Blount-Dillon, M.S., is a former regional office facilitator. That work meant standing in front of rooms full of people — staff, providers, families — and moving them from conversation to real change. She brings the same approach to this circle: structured, warm, and relentlessly focused on what actually shifts.

  • Living with Parkinson's or another chronic condition
  • Care partners and family members
